Rosemary Herb Chicken & Orzo
Melt 1 tbsp butter in saucepan over medium.

Combine 1 tbsp Rosemary Herb with 2 tbsp softened butter.

Chop 1/2 onion. Add to melted butter in pan. Cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

Add 1 cup orzo to pan and stir.

Add 1 tsp Rosemary Herb to orzo, along with 1 3/4 cups broth and 1/4 cup dried cranberries. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer, cover, cook 10-11 min.

Plug in probe and select Probe setting. Set plates to 400 and chicken temp to 160. Let preheat.

When Add is shown, place probe into seasoned chicken and place on grill. Press button to start probe sensing.

If desired, turn 90 degrees halfway.

When probe reaches temp, End will display. Remove chicken and take out probe

Spread Rosemary Herb butter on chicken and let rest.

Add 1/4 cup toasted pecans to orzo and enjoy!
