Rosemary Lamb and Potatoes with Vine Tomatoes
Potatoes, 2 Large
Diced Lamb, 500g
Salt
Seasoning

Fresh Rosemary, 3 Sprigs
Oil, 4 Tbsp
Chop the potatoes and place them in an oven dish. Season well, rub in some oil and bake in the oven.

Heat the oil. I marinated the lamb for 1 hr with fresh rosemary, lemon juice & seasoning (optional)

Fry the lamb on high heat till its fully cooked (~7-10 mins). Start grilling the tomatoes.

How the lamb should look when its done.

Scoop the lamb onto the potatoes. Place the tomatoes on top and bake for a further 10 minutes.
