Salmon Fresh Spring Rolls
Use any veggie & herb combo you would like, & noodles are optional

Remove any large bones and crumble

Sweet chili marinade: chili paste, lime juice, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, sesame seeds,salt & pepper

Spoon over marinade and toss gently

Fill a pie plate or bowl with warm water and soak then transfer to plate

I made some with noodles and some without

Add some herbs & then the salmon

Now we wrap - pull up from the bottom first then the sides or vice versa

Now one with noodles

Peanut sauce: garlic, hoisin, chili paste, soy sauce, peanut butter & water

Process until smooth - feel free to sweeten with a little honey if you use unsweetened PB

Serve as is or sliced in half to show off all those veggies
