Salted Chocolate Mini Tarts

Combine 8oz chocolate granola, 1/4 cup coconut oil, 2 tbsp coconut sugar, and 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Press into mini tart pans. Bake for 13-15 minutes at 350F
Melt 8oz semi sweet chocolate, 1 cup coconut milk, 1 tsp vanilla, and pinch of salt
Pour into crusts. Chill overnight.
Top with chopped nuts or berries, and enjoy!
Keep leftovers in the fridge
