Fry a chopped onion in oil until light golden

Add a chopped tomato and cook until soften

Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp cumin powder

Add 1 tsp chaat masala and 1 tsp chilli flakes

Saute all the spices and then add 1 cup water

Next add 2tbsp tamarind sauce

Add 2 cans of drained chick peas

Then add 2 chopped green chillies and 1/4 cup chopped coriander

Seperately blend 1/2 cup coriander, 3 green chillies,3 garlic,salt and 1tbsp lemon juice with water

For assembling; place the samosa on the dish

Put the cooked chickpeas on top of the samosa to form a layer

Next sprinkle chopped onion, blended green chilli sauce and chilli flakes to taste

Mix 1 tsp cumin powder, 2tsp sugar, 1tsp salt with 2 cups of yogurt and pour on the chickpea mix

Make sure to soak the entire samosa and chickpeas in yogurt

Garnish with corrainder, sev, tamarind sauce, chilli flakes and chaat masala
