Sausage And Sauerkraut
Dice an onion.

Dice 2 potatoes.

Add 3 tablespoons butter to a Dutch oven over medium heat and add the onion. Stir to combine.

Add the potatoes and sauté for 5 minutes.

Remove the core of the cabbage and thinly slice.

Add the mild Italian sausage links to the Dutch oven.

Add drained sauerkraut to the pot.

Then add the shredded cabbage.

Add 1 teaspoon salt.

Add 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds.

Cover and cook for 20 minutes over medium low heat.

Serve and enjoy!
