Sausage & Spinach Schiacciata
Remove Italian sausage from casing & sauté. Crumble using the mix n chop.

Sauté chopped Spinach in 1 tbsp EVO & 2 chopped garlic cloves. Add salt and garlic powder to taste.

Add sautéed Italian sausage to spinach & garlic

Fill dough with sausage and spinach mixture. Top with mozzarella

Light brush the top with EVO

Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes
