Shahi Palak Paneer
Blanching spinach. In hot water add spinach for 1 min. Remove and run it under cool water

Add oil, ginger garlic and onion fry till translucent

Add whole red chilli, green chilli and tomatoes and mix.Cover and let simmer on low heat.

Cook till the tomatoes soften with its own steam

Swift off the heat and let it to cool down

In a blender mix the spinach and masala and blend to smooth paste

In the same pan add oil spices, blended spinach and whole red chillies. Add spinach water. Cover

Cut paneer to small cubes

Add paneer to spinach mixture and cover to cook for 5 mins

After 5 mins add 1/4 cup heavy cream and give a good mix.

Add 2 tbsp butter and a small piece of paneer crushed Mix well on high heat

Once u see oil on the edges swift off the heat.

This is optional for garnish. In butter roast paneer till golden bowrn
