Heat oil in Quick Cooker. Season and SEAR meat on all sides.

Remove seared meat and deglaze, I used wine.

Add onions to deglazed pan. Then add carrots and meat on top of onions. Add 1/2 cup chicken broth.

Turn off SEAR, turn on BEEF/PORK setting. I put time at 80 minutes.
