Shrimp Fajita Cilantro Rice Bowls
Gather fajita ingredients.

Peel one large onion, cut in half, slice with Quick Slice.

Cut off top and deseed two bell peppers, cut in half, and slice with Quick Slice.

Spray sliced veggies with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Bring to preheated medium high heat grill and grill for 10 minutes on Rockcrok Grill Stone.

Start rice. Mix 2 cups long grain rice with 3 cups 💧 and 1 tsp salt in 3Qt Micro-Cooker for 15 min.

Add large, peeled, deveined, washed shrimp to veggies with 2 tbsp Chili Lime Rub. Grill 5 min.

When rice is done add 1 tsp garlic rub, several tbsps lime juice, and fresh cilantro to cooked rice.

Check on that shrimp. It should be pink and cooked thru.

Serve as deconstructed fajitas with guacamole. ❤️
