Simmered Soybeans And Koyadofu In Tomato
Onion, carrot, potatoes, garlic, koyadofu, soybeans, broth, canned tomato, salt and pepper
Soak koyadofu in the water

Cut carrot into 1 cm cube

Cut onion into 1 cm cube

Cut potatoes into 1 cm cube

Drain koyadofu and cut into small pieces

Add oil to a pan, and stir fry the garlic and other vegetables

Add koyadofu, soybeans, salt, broth, canned tomato and water

Bring it to a boil, cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes

Check if vegetables are cooked well, then add salt and pepper to adjust the taste
