Simple Chopped Caprese & Avocado Salad
Chop 1 tomato and toss with 1/2 tsp kosher salt in a bowl to intensify flavor and draw out moisture.

Meanwhile... dice 1 avocado, then add it to the salted tomato.

Next, cube one ball of 6 oz fresh mozzarella and add it to the mix.

Drizzle with of olive oil and a bit of pepper.

Thinly slice (chiffonade) a few fresh basil leaves.

Finish with the fresh basil leaves, a bit more salt to taste, and toss to combine. Enjoy!
