Simple Oreo Brownies
What you'll need

Plain Flour (all-purpose flour)

Caster sugar (granulated sugar)

Unsalted Butter

Oreos

Dark Chocolate

Vanilla Extract
Pinch of salt

Eggs
Gather and weigh out all your ingredients correctly. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolate completely. Set aside to cool slightly

In a large bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy

Add the vanilla extract and mix to incorporate. Then slowly add the melted chocolate and mix to combine

Fold in the flour and salt to form a runny batter

Pour half the batter into a greased and lined square tin (mine is 22 x22cm), add a layer of Oreos, then cover with the rest of the batter

Add some cute mini Oreos on top just for the jazz! (optional)

Bake at 180C/325F for 25-30 minutes (the less time, the more gooey). Leave to cool in tin (in fridge if possible) for at least 2 hours before cutting.
