Simple Rice Pudding Recipe
Add 5 1/2 cups of milk, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Bring milk to a boil over medium-high heat.

Add 1/2 cup of rice and reduce heat to a simmer for 50-60 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Once pudding is thick like yogurt, remove from heat. Mix in 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract and let cool. Refrigerate before serving.
