Ingredients: moong dal, onions, ghee, ginger, fresh chili, cumin, asafetida, salt, cilantro, lemon
Boil moong in plenty of water till soft but not mushy-al dente is perfect!
Wash and drain in plenty of water. Keep aside.
In a pan with ghee, add cumin, onions, ginger, chilli, lentils, salt and cilantro for garnish
Squeeze some lemon juice to finish and eat either as an appetizer with chips or a main dish! Enjoy!
