Spicy Tuna Pasta Bake
Cook pasta to Al dente, drain & set aside. Heat oil in pan over Med/high

Add onion, garlic,and anchovy if using and stir breaking up the anchovy

Stir in the spices and chili flakes

Add the roasted red peppers, crushed tomatoes,

And water and simmer for a few minutes until it has reduced a bit

Stir in the pasta, and olives and toss

and toss gently to keep it chunky

Transfer to medium sized baking dish

Drizzle with a little olive oil

Top with mozzarella and bake
