Ingredients needed to make Spinach Burger Buns

Add flour, yeast, egg replacer, dry milk powder, salt and mix well

Add spinach purée, oil and water and make a soft, pliable dough

Let the dough rise for 45 mins to 1 hour

Divide the dough into equal pieces and roll them into balls

Brush the rolls with milk and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning

Bake until golden and wait till completely cooled to slice and enjoy
