Zucchini noodles, 2 T EVOO, 2 carrots, 1 C grape tomatoes, 2 green onions, heavy cream, broth

Slice grape tomatoes in 1/2 with Close & Cut

Sauté veggies in Olive oil

Add 1/2 cup chicken broth & 2/3 cup heavy cream. Simmer 3 minutes.

Combine breadcrumb topping ingredients- 1/4 c Panko, 1/2 oz fresh Parmesan & 1 TSP seasoning salt.

After topping VEGGIES with breadcrumb topping plate with chicken or sausage if desired.
