Take a large sidestep & brace through your heels. Keep shldrs back - lean hips into front foot.

Squeeze butt. Hold this “forward hip lean” position for 10 sec. step back & switch sides.

Point toes forward throughout hold. For an even deeper stretch slowly rotate shldrs during hold.
