Combine 1/2 c. liquid aminos, 1/4 c. honey, 1/4 tsp sesame oil, 1/2 tsp of garlic and ginger powder.

Cool sauce on medium-low for 10 minutes until honey has dissolved and sauce slightly thickens.

Steam purple cauliflower for 5-7 minutes.
Thinly slice flank steak, red bell pepper, carrots, and green onions.
