Steak With White Wine Demi Glacé
Dice 5 small Yukon Potatoes

Add 3tsp butter and diced potatoes to sauté pan.

Add 1/4 tsp salt

Add a dash of pepper

Cover and cook for 20-30 minutes on medium heat. Stir occasionally!

Remove stem from 1/4oz fresh parsley

Use food chopper to mince parsley

Mince 2 cloves of garlic

Pat steaks (6oz each) dry and season both sides with salt and pepper

Sear for 5-7 minutes and then flip

Add 1 cup of peas, minced garlic and half the minced parsley. Cover and cook for 15 minutes

Check temps of steaks. They need to be higher the 145 degrees

Remove steaks and set aside.Add 1/4 cup of white wine and 2 oz of a beef Demi glacé to the pan.

Plate steak and drizzle with Demi glaze. Add potatoes and peas. Enjoy!
