Stir Fried Morning Glory in 5 Minutes
Morning Glory is a semi-aquatic vegetable that is similar to Chinese Broccoli.

Crush chilli and garlic in a pestle and mortar.

Fry chilli and garlic in 1 tbsp vegetable oil.

Add 1 tbsp soybean paste, 2 tbsp vg oyster sauce, 1 tsp vg fish sauce, 1 tsp sugar & 1/8 cup water

Add chopped morning glory. Top tip: you can sub tenderstem broccoli & spinach for the morning glory
