Strawberry Rhubarb Jam
What you’ll need
Chop rhubarb & strawberries

Add sugar, lemon juice and zest

Mix well and let rest 4-8 hours

Fruit will macerate & release juices

Cook mixture ‘til it thickens then mash fruit

Refrigerate a spoonful to see if done

Divide into jars
