Strawberry Yogurt Cake
Combine the room temperature butter and white sugar.

Cream 2-3 minutes at medium speed, scraping down bowl once or twice.

Add eggs one at a time and beat in between.

Scrape down bowl as needed.

Add 1/3 of flour mixture and mix in.

Add 1/2 of the yogurt and mix in.

Continue adding 1/2 remaining flour, remainder of yogurt and last of the flour and mix until smooth.

Grease and line a 9 or 10-inch springform pan.

Add batter to pan.

Place halved strawberries on top, pressing into batter slightly.

Sprinkle with white sugar.

Bake in centre of preheated oven.
