Bottle of water
First - warm up your wrists!

Little presses on your wrists. Only put it as much weight as feels good!

Little Pushups 2 ways: flat and spider fingers

Get your small weight / water bottle. Rotate back and forth slowly, 10 times, each wrist.

Take your weight, hold it palm up + do 10 small curls. Flip your hand and repeat. Repeat other side.
