Stretches to wake up your body!
Follow the next sequence to revitalize your body in the morning or any moment during the day!
Start by making half circles with your neck leading the movement from the nose. Do 10 cycles.
Bring the right ear in the direction of the shoulder and extend the opposite arm, hold it for 5 seconds, and then switch to the 2nd side.
Arch and round your back in your seated cat and cow pose! Repeat 10 times.
Make circles with your torso in both directions, do 5 circles to the right, then switch to the left.
Enjoy a side bend to the right, hold it for 5 seconds, then switch to the left.
Shake the hands and arms to bring blood flow into your upper body
Gently Tap your body with your hands to wake up the nerve endings and bring awareness to the whole body!
Reach the arms up, interlace the fingers and press up, back and forward. Repeat the cycle twice.
