Super Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes
Melt butter over medium high heat. Add flour and whisk until thick, slowly add in milk and heavy cream. Stir in cheese, salt and pepper.
Place half the potatoes in a baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with half of the cheese sauce
Add remaining potatoes with another sprinkle of salt and pepper, and top with remaining cheese sauce
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Then uncover and add a layer of cheese on top and bake for 10 minutes until melted
Serve and enjoy!
