Grease and flour a springform pan. Then place in the refrigerator.

Add butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and cocoa powder, then mix.

Add flour and pinch of salt then mix again until getting a smooth consistency.

Pour batter into springform pan then smooth out. Bake at 350 F (175°C) for 15 minutes.

Wait 15 minutes before unmolding.

Unmold carefully.

Let rest on a cooling rack for an hour.

Sprinkle icing sugar, slice then serve with berries and cream.
