A super simple takeout recipe to make at home

Halve lengthwise then tear into bite-sized pieces

Add soy sauce and stir

Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, arrowroot powder & cornmeal

Toss well until all tofu pieces are heavily coated

Flip and brown on the other side

Transfer to a paper towel lined plate & set aside

Make the sweet & sour sauce

Cook peppers & onions until softened

Add sweet & sour sauce

And return tofu to the pan

Garnish with sliced scallions

Serve with rice & enjoy!
