Combine 2T butter with 1t Rosemary Herb Seasoning Mix.

Gently separate skin from meat & rub 1/2 Seasoning mix on meat; rub remainder over skin.

Bake at 425 until golden brown & meat reaches 165.

Chop 1/2 onion. Gather 1c orzo, 1/4c dried cranberries, 1-3/4c chicken broth, 1c orzo

If cranberries are too large, chop into small pieces

After sauteing onions, add the orzo/broth/dried cranberries. Bring to boil, lower heat, cook 10 min.
