Gather ingredients

The Pampered Chef rubs add a burst of flavor!!!
Combine 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 1/2 tsp of Dijon Mustard Rub & 1 tsp prepared horseradish. Set aside

Slice a large onion. Season 1 lb. steak with 1 tbsp of the rub.

In an oven-safe skillet sear the steak over medium heat 4 minutes on each side.

Remove the steak & cook the onion & 1/4 tsp seasoned salt for 4 minutes. Remove the pan handle.

Place the steak on top of the onion. Bake at 425°F until steak reaches 145°F about 10 minutes.

Remove the steak & onions. Add 1 cup beef broth & 1 tsp rub. Simmer 3 minutes.

Thinly slice the steak against the grain.

Spread the yogurt mixture evenly inside each roll and fill with steak & onion.
