Figure 8s - shuffle steps around cones. Keep knees slightly bent for full quad & glute activation
Cross-Over 8s - aim to reach past the opposite cone in 1 step. Soft knees with body facing forward
Power Step - stay intense with feet then do a power step for maximum distance then back to fast feet
