Head to the Historic District. Lots of lovely buildings converted into shops and restaurants
Have a walk on the waterfront and snap a pic in front of the Georgia Queen (or even better, book a ticket for a boat ride)
Take a tour of the Juliette Gordon Low Birthplace House. She was the founder of the Girl Scouts
For a quick & quirky coffee stop, head to Art’s Cafe. There’s a giant red bus inside and tasty treats
Take a tour of the Mercer Williams House, made famous by the book and novel, Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil
Visit the First African Baptist Church which was used as a stop along the Underground Railroad by slaves - really interesting visit
Bonaventure Cemetery is beautiful and slightly creepy. It’s a 10 minute drive from Savannah proper
The Wormsloe Historic Site is a great afternoon visit and the live oak tree drive is stunning
Snap a picture in front of some of Savannah’s beautiful historic buildings. This is the Olde Pink House
Savannah is one of my favourite southern cities. Have the best time visiting!
