Tips For Traveling Alone

Use affirmations to help with that. “I will have a great time.” “I can do hard things.”

Learn some of the local language before you go.

Try your best to make friends. I like to take group tours to meet people.

Understand that people will be weird about you traveling alone.

My suggestion- be so confident in yourself that they think, “why don’t I travel alone?”

Take yourself out to eat. It can be intimidating at first, but you deserve great food!

Pay attention to your hunger, thirst, and tired queues and act accordingly.

If you start to get anxious, ask yourself, “am I tired, hungry, or thirsty?” You probably are.

Do everything YOU want to do. There’s no one holding you back now!
