Tofu Stir Fry With Mushrooms, Asparagus, Sesame Glaze
Fold four sections of paper towel together.

Fold your tofu up in the paper towels.
Place a heavy object on top of the paper towels and press. 🍳
Next, make your soy-sesame glaze by adding soy sauce, mirin, miso, and sesame oil to a small bowl. Add fish sauce for extra umami if desired.

Next, oil a pan.

Heat pan over medium-high heat, checking to see if a cube of tofu sizzles, then add the rest of the tofu. πŸ”₯

Fry tofu, making sure each side turns golden brown.

Remove tofu from pan and add mushrooms. SautΓ©. πŸ„ πŸ”₯

Quickly sautΓ© asparagus. Do not overcook!

Add tofu back to pan.

Add sauce, and stir! 🍲

Serve over brown rice and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
