Tomato Goat Cheese Dip
In a baking dish, add tomatoes, chopped garlic, chopped shallot, and olive oil. Place 4 ounces of goat cheese in the center.
Bake at 425* for about 15-20 minutes.
After 15-20 minutes, Stir everything together, busting the tomatoes to create the dip! Add in fresh basil and stir some more!
Add the dip to a serving dish, drizzle with Balsamic Glaze and fresh basil!
Serve with crostini and enjoy!
