Tomatoes basil and Avocado Bruschetta
Garlic Infused oil 1/4 cup olive oil and 1 clove of garlic crushed. Keep aside

Tomato topping Dice 3 medium size tomatoes

Chop 3 garlic cloves

Chop handful of basil

Mix tomato, garlic, basil. Add 3 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper and mix well

Avocado mix Chop one medium size avocado

Chop 1/2 red onion

Chop one medium size tomato

Chop handful coriander

Put everything in a bowl and add crushed garlic

Squeeze in half like juice

Add olive oil, salt and pepper and give a good mix

Take the bread and brush garlic oil and toast them on medium heat.

Take the toasted bread and fill in the topping. Garnish it with feta cheese and pomegranate juice
