Total Body Double Kettlebell Workout
Hi! We are doing 3 rounds. Perform as a circuit with each exercise one after another. Rest 1-2min between sets. Click the attached link for warmup.
Traveling Gunslinger to Clean (3 full reps. A rep being center, left, right, center, clean)
High Low Windmill (8 each side)
Double Arm Swing to Snatch (8 reps. 1 rep is a swing & a snatch)
1.5 Stance Deadlift to Alternating Bent Over Row (5 reps each leg. One rep being a deadlift and a row on each side).
