Triple Chocolate Brownie Cups
Preheat oven. Line a cupcake tin with liners.

In a saucepan on medium heat melt butter. Remove from heat

Add in chopped chocolate to the melted butter. Let it melt and work with a spatula until smooth.

In a small bowl, add flour and cocoa powder. Whisk and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl add eggs and brown sugar and whisk until fluffy

Then add in the melted chocolate and butter

Then fold in the flour mix

Batter will be gooey and thick

Fold in white chocolate chips and chocolate chunks

Bake at 180degC/340degF for 25 to 30 mins
