Chop the onions, jalapeño, and garlic.

Add olive oil to a stock pot over medium-high heat. Add onions and jalapeño.

Add the ground turkey and salt and pepper. Stir well and cook.

Brown the meat, stirring occasionally.

When meat is browned, add the garlic and taco seasoning. Stir well and cook a few more minutes.

Then add the diced tomatoes, pinto beans, frozen corn, and chicken broth. Stir and simmer for another 20 minutes or so.

Check seasonings and adjust if needed.

Add crushed chips, Mexican shredded cheese, sour cream, and some avocado. Enjoy!
