Mix Milk, Fresh Cream, Sugar & Vanilla extract and allow it to simmer
Temper the eggs with warm cream mix.
Ladle it into ramekins. Bake at 170c for 40 mins in water bath.
Melt some white chocolate for garnish.
Garnish & serve chilled.
