Mix Milk & Fresh Cream and allow it to simmer

Add Sugar & Vanilla Extract

Temper the eggs with warm cream mix.

Ladle it into ramekins. Bake at 170c for 40 mins in water bath.

Melt some white chocolate for garnish.

Take them out of the water bath and allow to cool.

Garnish & serve chilled.
