Place the oats in a food processor.

Whizz into a fine powder.

Melt the peanut butter and maple syrup in a bowl.

Add the ground oats and mix well.

Transfer into a loaf tin lined with baking paper. Place in the fridge to firm up slightly.

Melt the chocolate and peanut butter in the same bowl.

Pour it over the existing layer.

Place in the fridge for a few hours until completely firmed up.

Slice into squares once it’s firmed up.
