Vegan Gluten-Free Pie Crust
Mix dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients.
Mix until crumbly.
Knead and form into a ball.
Flatten into a disc.
Wrap and store in the fridge until ready or move on to next step.
Roll out into a large disc between two sheets of parchment paper.
Gently flip the disc into a greased pie dish.
Press the dough into the pie dish, then prick the dough with a fork.
