Vegan Pistachio Broccoli Pasta
Cook 8oz. pasta and reserve 1/2c water. Add 2 heads chopped broccoli to a large pan and cook over medium high heat for 3-5 minutes.
Add 8 cloves minced garlic, 2T miso, 1/2t spirulina, 1/2t red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
Stir in reserved pasta water and bring to a boil.
Turn off the heat and stir in 3T lemon juice and 1/3c roasted salted pistachios.
Mix with the pasta. Serve and enjoy!
