Vegan "Prawn" (Shrimp) Tofu & Sesame Toasts
You need: white bread, firm tofu, garlic, ginger, kombu stock powder, soy sauce & sesame oil..

Peel & grate the ginger.

Finely chop the garlic

To make the "prawn" filling. Crumble the firm tofu

Add the ginger garlic, kombu powder, soy sauce & sesame oil.

Blend all the filling to make a paste.

The paste should look like this..

Cut bread into triangles..spread paste and press sesame seeds over paste.

Heat oil..carefully add the triangles.. cook until golden.

Serve hot with chilli dipping oil..
