Vegan Strawberry Trifle (Gluten-Free)
Place strawberries in a pan with the lemon juice, maple syrup, sherry + water and cook 10 minutes.

Add the agar and cook for a further couple of minutes.

Transfer into a trifle dish and leave the jelly to cool and set.

Make the vegan custard.

Pour the custard over the set jelly and leave the custard to cool and set too.

Spoon coconut whipped cream over the set custard.

Decorate the top as desired!
