Vegan Vegetable Gyoza
Finely chop cabbage and nira in a food processor

Finely chop shiitake mushroom in a food processor

Transfer cabbage and nira in a bowl, put 1/2 teaspoon of salt, mix and leave it for 10 minutes

Squeeze out the water from cabbage and nira

Add shiitake, potato starch, garlic ginger soy sauce and mix well

Place filling, put water on the rim, fold in half and make 5 pleats on one side.

Wrap the rest as well

Put some oil to a frying pan, heat it on medium and place gyoza

Add 1/4 cup of water, put the lid on and steam for 2-3 minutes

Let the water evaporate, add some oil around the frying pan and cook for one minute

Place a plate over gyoza, turn the frying pan over to serve on the plate, and enjoy!
