Vegan White Chocolate Fudge
You’ll need: melted cacao butter + refined coconut oil, unsweetened coconut cream, vanilla plant-based protein powder, powdered sugar, sea salt
Add all the ingredients (except the powdered sugar) to a large mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer on low to combine.
Then, mix in the powdered sugar 1/2 cup at a time until combined.
Mix on high for another 2-3 minutes until the mixture is thick and shiny.
Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper.
Pour the mixture into your lined baking dish and set it in the fridge overnight to set.
When set, the fudge will slice easily. Enjoy with pretzels, strawberries, or topped with cherry pie filling! 😍
