Vegetarian Napa Cabbage Rolls
8-10 Napa cabbage leaves 1/4 Carrot 3 Shiitake mushrooms 150g Tofu 10g Panko 1 Egg Salt & Pepper 2 tsp Vege bouillon powder pinch of Salt 200ml Water
Napa cabbage: Wrap napa cabbage leaves in cling wrap and heat in the microwave for 4-5 minutes until tender.
Cut carrots into small pieces.
Cut shiitake mushrooms into small pieces, place the shiitake and carrots on a plate, and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Mash tofu: Beat an egg in a bowl, add tofu, and mash.
Tofu fillings: Add carrots, shiitake mushrooms, panko, salt, and pepper and mix well to make tofu fillings.
Wrap: Remove the moisture on napa cabbage with kitchen paper, place the leaves, put the tofu fillings on it, and close both ends and roll it.
In a pot: Place napa cabbage rolls in a pot.
Bring to a boil: Add bouillon, salt, and water and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Simmer: Cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
