I highly recommend the cheese curds at West Allis. The curds The Miller Time Pub at (Hilton Milwaukee) are also very deelish!
Stroll the Riverwalk, see public art, or shop boutiques.  The walk takes you through three sections of downtown.
Milwaukee Art Museum's architecture and folding wings alone make it worth the trip! Beautiful inside and out, showcasing contemporary art.  $19pp
Pabst Mansion is Home to the Pabst brewing family. Interesting to see lifestyles of the rich and famous in the early 1900s.
Chudnow Museum of Yesteryear is a spectacular walk back in time. Admission is only $6 and you can enjoy an old-fashioned soda.
Who doesn't love a cozy diner? The menu is extensive! Open 24 hours, which means you can have one of their great breakfasts...anytime.
A really cool way to enjoy the river.  You can even stop along the way, enjoy a brewery or restaurant, and snap some great photos.
Bavarian Bierhaus: Great German food and selection of beers.  Sample a few with a flight in this spacious restaurant.  I loved the pretzels.
